Where is my PYNK package? ✨

We know you can’t wait to get your hands on your new goodies! Because we curate a hybrid mix of custom print-on-demand essentials (like our cozy blankets and tees) and hand-crafted items (like our signature glitter puff pens), your items may ship out in separate packages at slightly different times.

How to track your journey:

  1. Check Your Inbox: As soon as your items ship, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address you used at checkout.

  2. Got Your Number? If you already have your tracking number handy, you can drop it directly into the USPS Tracking Portal or the UPS Tracking Page to follow its path right to your door!

Need a hand? If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, holla at us at keesha@mypynkbox.com and we’ll check on it for you!
