RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Welcome to the PYNK Kollective! We take pride in offering a curated mix of custom print-on-demand items, digital resources, and hand-crafted, specialty goods. Because of the unique nature of our products, our return and refund policies vary by item type. Please review the guidelines below before making your purchase.
1. Print on Demand (POD) Items (Apparel, Blankets, Graphic Tees, Mugs, etc.)

Final Sale: Because these items are custom printed and manufactured to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, design preferences, or incorrect size selection. Please consult our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered! Please contact us at sales@mypynkbox.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.

Crucial Note: Please do NOT mail your items back to our business address or the printing manufacturer without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
2. Handmade & Home-Created Goods (Specialty Puff Pens, Custom Stationery, etc.)

30-Day Return Window: We want you to love your handmade creations! Regular-priced, handmade items are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, in the same pristine condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your handmade item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Digital Products & Downloads

Instant & Final Sale: All digital downloads, PDF planners, e-books, and audio packs are available instantly upon purchase. Because these products are digital and cannot be physically returned, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale, clearance, or using a flash-sale promotional code cannot be refunded.
