Shipping policy

Welcome to the PYNK Kollective! We want to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Free Local Pickup (Handmade Items Only)
• Available for our custom Glitter Puff Pens and specialty planners.
• Location: Keeshas Warehouse (Pittsburgh, PA).
• Timeline: Usually ready for pickup within 24 hours! You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
• Note: If your cart contains apparel or blankets, the local pickup option will automatically be unavailable at checkout.

2. Standard Flat-Rate Shipping (Apparel & Blankets)
• Price: $4.99 flat rate.
• Fulfillment: These items are custom printed to order just for you by our amazing manufacturing partners.
• Timeline: Production and shipping typically take 5 to 8 business days. 

3. Live Calculated Shipping (Handmade Items)
• For customers outside of Pittsburgh ordering pens or journals, live real-time shipping rates from USPS will be calculated directly at checkout based on your delivery address.
